I phoned at 5 to 8am. List provided and by 8.05am I had the quote. They arrived at 8.45, packed, took my stuff 9.8km away, unpacked and all finished and set up in my new place at 9.45am. Now what more could you ask for.

They didn't pitch up on the day of the move even though it was confirmed the day before, Sean gave me ridiculous excuses and **** reasons for the "confusion" when I asked where they were hours late and he tried to push the blame on me. He had another move that he went to. My move happened the next day but then my furniture was damaged, leg of my antique table is broken, other furniture pretty scratched up and fridge dented after the move. Unprofessional and unreliable, I wouldn't recommend this company.

Shocking company. They steal boxes from you by closing the van doors before you can inspect that the van is empty. Don t use them. The owner of the company refuses to allow any complaints about his staff.

Not a great experinece Arrived an hour late despite me confirming the day before Did not have enough space for my stuff even though I provided the list (twice) Did nit adhere to the 2.1 height restriction (clearly mentioned it to them) and then wanted to charge me more for the extra time. Dented my fridge, broke my couch leg and damaged mt TV cabinet despite me wrapping everything in bubble wrap. Will never use or recommend this company.

On the 1st February I moved my little house to another complex about 1km down the road. I told them that I have a double door fridge. We struggled to get the fridge out of my original unit as previously they brought it over the wall. The guys were too short to take it over the wall we had to opt for removing 1 of my fridge doors which a friend in the complex did. I was not happy about this as there is an ice-maker attached to it and it is an expensive fridge. We arrived at the new complex and had the same problem, accept the other door with the ice-maker was not able to be removed. The guys tried to get it in and sadly they broke the clips on the back of my fridge trying to get it in (clips were for my filter which ran at the back of the fridge). They could not get it in so they left it in the corridor of my new unit. Firstly they forgot to bring a tempered glass table which I then had to arrange a bakkie in order to fetch it and then they just left my fridge. I am a single lady who then had to try make a plan to see if someone could help me. It was as simple as removing the door of the unit in order to get the fridge in perfectly.... i am shocked to say that Bothwell (I think owner) said that if it doesn't fit, he can do nothing about it. I find it very disturbing that this is the stance they take. My R15 000 fridge is broken clips, dents all around it and the filter hangs on the back with tape which i've tried to suspend it with. They arrived early and in 2 hours were done, they mishandled a few things because of the speed they did everything in. If you take a little more time, perhaps you could train your gentlemen to un***** a door as i've heard many removal companies can do if there are any items that don't fit. They also forced my lounge suit through the door marking and scratching it terribly. Very disappointed and would NEVER use them again. R1580 was way too much for the stress they caused.

I received a prompt quote from Bothwell. They were able to help very quickly. They were on time to pick up furniture, and delivered sooner than anticipated. I was very impressed with their service. Will gladly use them again
