No matter how hard I try or how many phone calls I make, I cannot cancel my LTE Sim card. I think they do this purposely. It is month to month and I have had it for over 3 years - you have made your monies worth out of me. I get shoved from pillar to post, then the call drops - Bravo as it is their own network - then yoj get put on hold then after all this I can't get a reference number. I know this game - it then becomes a game of my word against yours. I want my reference number.
Mr Boot* needs to learn people skills. If I want to report him to Head Office, who the hell is he to give me stick for so doing?

Olivedale Hospital :: so I had minor hand surgery. Did not stay over night and I did not get fed. I arrived at 12 noon and left at approx 7pm after I recovered. Being on Discovery my Co-payment was R10 000 but because I was only at the hospital for a few hours I.was given a discount, I have the proof, in writing. Now you don't stop sms'ing and phoning for me to come pay the discount that was given. My emails simply go unanswered exen though I keep sending you the email from Juli* granting the discount. This has caused some upset in my house. I expect it to be resolved with Juli* as she is the one who granted the discount and that I stop being harassed.
My Vitality benefit will cease end of Nov 2025 - well so says my cancellation letter. Note : cease END Nov 2025. So why then am i not entitled to my healthy eating and other benefits EARNED IN THE FINAL MONTH OF NOV???????????????
I phoned in, held 3 min 26 sec just to speak to a very rude consultant. I have to answer all his questions but he wont answer ONE of mine? He basically refused to cancel my insurance and put the pone down on me. You cannot refuse to cancel my policy.
I app**** online for a quote. Now my phone wont stop ringing. What the ... this is harassment and it better stop. PURELY because of this constant phoning i WILL NOT be accepting your quote.
I phoned at 5 to 8am. List provided and by 8.05am I had the quote. They arrived at 8.45, packed, took my stuff 9.8km away, unpacked and all finished and set up in my new place at 9.45am. Now what more could you ask for.
Explained that the email with particulars went into SPAM folder and that i experienced a deep personal loss at the time. Consultant was not empathetic and demanded settlement in full. I explained that I was prepared to pay a huge chunk in full & final settlement. No. Just no. Excited to buy a new phone last night - cell phone assistant most helpful - except one thing - I explicitly told him i don't use Whatsupp but he inserted my SIM card and turned on MOBILE DATA - why?????????????????? By the time i got home all my airtime was finished - R418 worth. I don't buy data bundles as i dont use data. I am not going to pay for his carelessness and feel i should be compensated,
