Delivery takes forever as if I ordered from Temu
Placed an online order on 02/12/2024 , I still haven't received my washing machine. This company fails to update the customer and when I call there's a lengthy wait time , I'm tired of them saying that the matter has been escalated. What an awful experience. Order number - 19042

Excellent service and great prices.
I recently ordered a midea water dispenser from Fourways Online and I was a bit skeptical about whether my order will actually be delivered. But I placed the order and took a chance. The next morning I received a confirmation of my order and was informed that they will get stock from the supplier and ship it to me. A few days later I received my order. They communicated well and I received what I have purchased. And they gave me a voucher for my next purchase. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Fourways online - 6 stars best price and amazing service.
Used this company a few times already. If there was 6 stars they would be allocated. You are in the loop from order - to delivery - to after service. Prices are also cheapest when comparing with other white goods suppliers and shops. Amazing company
