Over 3 visits not much has changed. Slow to no service, most of the items on the menu are unavailable. I think I continue to give this store the benefit of doubt due to all of the good experiences I had here but yesterday 01/01/2026 was the last straw. Get into gear or close your doors.
My husband purchased a few online items for me for Valentine's day, 2 day's later I went in store (Gateway) to return the handbag , it's been 2 months since they refunded my husband’s account. As for communication, it's possible to get in contact with them. For such a reputable brand their customer service is non existent. Order number- 1102341
Placed an online order on 02/12/2024 , I still haven't received my washing machine. This company fails to update the customer and when I call there's a lengthy wait time , I'm tired of them saying that the matter has been escalated. What an awful experience. Order number - 19042

We visited the branch in Oceans Mall, Umhlanga. The food didn't take a long time to arrive, despite it being dinner on a Saturday night. With that being said, if you're looking for quiet, intimate dining, this place can get very loud on a Saturday night. I look forward to trying more items from their menu.
If you're looking for authentic Portuguese cuisine with breathtaking views, friendly service at affordable prices then you need to try PONTO's situated at the Umhlanga Arch , Legacy Yard, Durban. The food was well presented, flavorful and fresh. I tried out the 1/4 chicken with 6 prawns served with fries , the flavor profiles are there, the sauce is addictive . Finally a restaurant which has an aesthetic appeal and delivers on taste.
This is the second occasion I visited the Bluff branch to process a return and was turned away due to them not having cash. I visited on Sunday 21/07/2024 at 12:00 and was turned away , my partner visited them today 25/07/2024 at 14:00 and was tuned away for the same reason. If the store is cashless then they should say so. I called to speak to the Manager, Nomzamo and she advised that her float is R150.00 .That is insane for a reputable store . Please give this store a miss if you're looking for a cash refund, honesty and integrity.
I am a frequent traveler & I almost always fly back to Durban from Jhb on the 4pm flight & I kid you not they always choose this flight to refuel, adding a half an hour delay, then I find myself stuck in peak traffic on my way home. Please change the time to around 12 -2pm to refuel, those passengers are usually on holiday, it's tiring after a long day of work to be delayed. Please consider.
Such a pleasant experience, I managed to score a last minute appointment & I wasn't dissapointed. The venue is very inviting, the ladies are so friendly & Zayna gave my partner & I sound advice. I'm already planning my next visit. I will definitely recommend A'lumni for all of your skincare needs.
Netflorist ruined my first valentines day with my partner . Where do I even begin ???? The initial order (114909900) was delivered to me on valentines day at 10:30am & it had missing items , I obviously didnt know what my partner had sent but when I shared the picture with him he said that he had ordered flowers. They promised delivery but then offered my partner a coupon , he then ordered flowers again determined to get the flowers to me on valentines day (114975156), that also never arrived and I was called at 17:57 from netflorist stating that they went to my workplace and the security guard told them that the business had closed at 4pm and that they will deliver tomorrow being today 15 Feb , then at 07:01 today I receive a whatsapp from netflorist stating that I had signed for something, but I was driving at the time , how is that even possible ???? Netflorist ruined my valentines day and I will never recommend them to anyone .
