After rushing our baby to them on Christmas day, entrusting them with having the empathy and compassion to care for our boy, after 5 days in their care, we were just hit with a R40k bill and no answers. I constantly had to phone and enquire as to his well-being as there was minimal communication. We were sent home with painkillers and no follow up plan and are now back to square one as he is just as ill as he was the day we took him in to Fourways. I called 3 times again today in the hope that someone would call back and provide a way forward, to no avail. Sadly they have proven themselves to clearly just be a business. Thankfully there are still other vets out there, that care for animals as a vocation and not just a business
