Fraai leather, no shoes

Placed an order on the 20th of May 2019 for shoes. Stated waiting time is 2 weeks. Enquiries regarding delivery was made after 3 weeks. Very difficult to get hold of owner. Tried phoning, email, messaging but no response. After numerous attemps spoke to a lady that said she will follow up with supplier and will receive shoes on 17th of June. Up to 1 July no shoes received and refuses to give refund. Still not answering phone as well! Do not bother ever buying shoes from them, you will lose your money
