I placed my order on 20 May, and all the products I bought were IN STOCK. On 27 May and the order has not been shipped yet. The tracker on their website shows the order still at their premises. The tracker number provided does not work on DPD tracking website (there is no associated airwaybill number). When I emailed them on why the parcel has not left their premisis, I get a generic response that it takes 4-12 days. (I feel like I have been ****med)
