Being locked out without communication, with my medication inside. I nearly lost my life because of frameworks

I was serving a notice ans I have alerted them and asked for sometime to fix up the last times rent, they said they will call me. I waited. Yesterday I receive a call from the rude PEGGY MUSUWU. Whom I have never spoken to ever before, I was at work I told her to call me after 3, which she never did. Today I come home to a locked apartment, she made me beg her to open for me because there was a miscommunication. She kept saying she is talking to the owner Mr Steven Solarsh, and he says he wants his money and wants it in full i must make a plan.That time I have to take my diabetes medication. I nearly died because of this lady. No one ever called me or made arrangements with me . She was rude felt like she had so much power. I'm writing this to alert you that you will be locked out even if you pay rent on time. My record is up to date, only this month which I communicated I have full proof of email trails and phone calls trying to reach out to make arrangements to no avail. And PEGGY comes PEGGY locks. I've never been so humiliated and nearly died because of the mighty powerful PEGGY. only when she was told that my health is deteriorating she called the caretaker to open for me.
