I used Frank 3 Phambili to repair and waterproof my upstairs patio at my complex. The patio had been waterproofed 13 years earlier but was showing signs of wear and tear and there was a small leakage into the downstairs unit. I received a very reasonable quote for the work, and an accurate assessment of what needed to be done. We have all had horror experiences with construction in the home, but this was the complete opposite. The noise was kept to an absolute minimum, the team from Frank 3 Phambili were just wonderful, they looked after my plants with such respect, did an excellent job and cleaned up everything afterwards. It was a completely stress free operation! Professional service like this needs to be passed on to everyone you know, as it doesn't come along very often.
