Extremely disappointing experience. Tailoring is poor - garment construction is substandard.
Extremely disappointing experience. I’ve been trying to get in touch via email, phone, and Instagram with no response. The tailoring is very poor, and the construction is substandard. I tried to be patient and understanding, but the complete lack of communication left me no choice but to write this review. I feel sorry for future clients who may pay a lot only to be surprised by the same issues.

Extremely disappointing experience. I’ve been trying to get in touch via email, phone, and Instagram with no response. The tailoring is very poor, and the construction is substandard. I tried to be patient and understanding, but the complete lack of communication left me no choice but to write this review. I feel sorry for future clients who may pay a lot only to be surprised by the same issues.

Happy costomer
The suits I received from Frank Bespoke exceeded all expectations. The craftsmanship is impeccable, and the fit is perfect, I was also impressed by the customer service from Xolile. From the moment I reached out, the team was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the process with patience and care. I was completely satisfied with both the suits and the service.

We had the most incredible experience at Frank Bespoke. We were assisted by Xolile, and we couldn't be more pleased with the service and the products we received! Incredible Service
We had the most incredible experience at Frank Bespoke. We were assisted by Xolile, and we couldn't be more pleased with the service and the products we received! Nightmare Experience
From day one we had issues with this establishment. Pretoria shop - CLOSED (After we drove to the place which they advertise on their website). After getting hold of them, they told us the shop closed down, and they would make an appointment for Bryanston. We waited almost 2 weeks, just to get a booking, and some feedback from them, as there was always some excuse. First meeting went well, and eventually when we got around to decide that we are going with Beige Suites, they basically just went about, and used their own colour of materials lining etc. When we said we dont want GREY lining with a Beige suite, there was always storys of ‘but it looks good’ blah blah. On our second fitting, while we are on our way, we are also informed that Bryanston Closed down, and they have moved yet again. Suites were NEVER ready on the deadline time. (Only 6 weeks AFTER) At one stage it got so bad, and NO-ONE wanted to give us the number of Grant the owner. Eventually we did get a hold of him, and we wanted to cancel. (Obviously they dont want to refund you) - so Grant said he would take over. Again, we did two fittings, and then also got another R7000 bill, as Grant said, the previous guy made a mistake, so we need to pay for an extra waistcoat, allthought our previous invoice showed: waistcoast for D & J (and on the first fitting there was two) After a LONG struggle, where we already REGRETTED doing business with them, we got our suites! (Pressed and cleaned we thought) We traveled to Cape Town - only to come here findding our white shirts were literally BROWN on the collars, buttons on the pants couldnt even reach buttonhole, the linings on the arms werent the same material as the other lining inside, one jacket had a 15cm Long tear in it. This kind of service and quality DOESNT match the prices we paid. We couldve gotten away for HALF the price anywhere else, with more professionalism, quality, and peace of mind.

Suit Up, Every Day
Shelf bought is so yesterday!!! Definitely an experience here. From the moment you walk into the store through to actually getting to choose the outfit you want (not limited to just suits by the way). Harry and Clayton, and Grant (when available), are really good at what they do and provide exceptional services. I understand that every one might have a different experience, but every time I am there, it is exceptional. From the care to suggestions, they are on point. I always get my suits here and whilst for some it might be an expense, I see it as an investment (they offer free alterations for LIFE). A suit can be dressed up or down, so definitely worth it. They also make pants and shirts and what ever outer you desire. The factory staff put together your suit in a great turn around time and they go out of their way to make sure it is perfect (and they will get it perfect). So if you are in the mood for a fitted suit, and don't feel like buying a Hugo Boss or other, give them a try.

One frustration after another in Cape Town
Been frustrating from start to finish. Terrible communication and hard to get hold of them. Had a suit made for my wedding and while I was happy overall with it they managed to get the inside lining wrong (the wrong design), with not enough time to change it before my wedding day. Now I want to try and get my trousers refitted in Cape Town, finally got hold of them (after many messages and calls not being answered) and made an appointment on the weekend. I arrived for my appointment and no one was there. After many calls and messages going unanswered I left, only to get a message the following Tuesday with an apology. For the price I paid for my suit the service has been absolutely terrible, I would not recommend the Cape Town branch.

Best suit coming in South Africa
Best suit coming in South Africa. Had a wedding suit made and was very happy how perfectly it fitted me and the fabric was so soft and comfortable to wear. Thanks to Grant and the Frank Bespoke team.

Best suit coming in South Africa
Best suit coming in South Africa. Had a wedding suit made and was very happy how perfectly it fitted me and the fabric was so soft and comfortable to wear. Thanks to Grant and the Frank Bespoke team.
