Nightmare Experience

From day one we had issues with this establishment.

Pretoria shop - CLOSED (After we drove to the place which they advertise on their website).

After getting hold of them, they told us the shop closed down, and they would make an appointment for Bryanston. We waited almost 2 weeks, just to get a booking, and some feedback from them, as there was always some excuse.

First meeting went well, and eventually when we got around to decide that we are going with Beige Suites, they basically just went about, and used their own colour of materials lining etc. When we said we dont want GREY lining with a Beige suite, there was always storys of ‘but it looks good’ blah blah.

On our second fitting, while we are on our way, we are also informed that Bryanston Closed down, and they have moved yet again.

Suites were NEVER ready on the deadline time. (Only 6 weeks AFTER)

At one stage it got so bad, and NO-ONE wanted to give us the number of Grant the owner. Eventually we did get a hold of him, and we wanted to cancel. (Obviously they dont want to refund you) - so Grant said he would take over.

Again, we did two fittings, and then also got another R7000 bill, as Grant said, the previous guy made a mistake, so we need to pay for an extra waistcoat, allthought our previous invoice showed: waistcoast for D & J (and on the first fitting there was two)

After a LONG struggle, where we already REGRETTED doing business with them, we got our suites! (Pressed and cleaned we thought)

We traveled to Cape Town - only to come here findding our white shirts were literally BROWN on the collars, buttons on the pants couldnt even reach buttonhole, the linings on the arms werent the same material as the other lining inside, one jacket had a 15cm Long tear in it.

This kind of service and quality DOESNT match the prices we paid. We couldve gotten away for HALF the price anywhere else, with more professionalism, quality, and peace of mind.
