One frustration after another in Cape Town

Been frustrating from start to finish. Terrible communication and hard to get hold of them. Had a suit made for my wedding and while I was happy overall with it they managed to get the inside lining wrong (the wrong design), with not enough time to change it before my wedding day. Now I want to try and get my trousers refitted in Cape Town, finally got hold of them (after many messages and calls not being answered) and made an appointment on the weekend. I arrived for my appointment and no one was there. After many calls and messages going unanswered I left, only to get a message the following Tuesday with an apology. For the price I paid for my suit the service has been absolutely terrible, I would not recommend the Cape Town branch.
