Amazing experience!

My daughter and I went straight from the airport to the V&A branch. What an amazing experience we had with Paula! She was so gentle and compassionate. She treated us like princesses!. They also allowed us to leave our luggage in the salon whilst quickly going out to eat something small. How amazing and incredible is this? Thank you so so much! We hope to see you again!
