Rusting of Franke sink after one use
Poor quality of sink. Poor follow up by Franke I bought a Franke sink. With one use it rusted

Franke! (****s not true to their customers)
Bought a kitchen sink in August 2024, the sink recently started chapping. I made contact with the company cause the sink is still within warranty. I was told that based on the location of chip does not fall under warranty which I find unfair. I would advise people to think twice and not to trust this brand they are not honest to their customers. I have the proof of full purchase, but they want to give me discount on a replacement. Why are they not giving me a full refund for their product. For the fact that they are giving me a discount it means they are accepting responsibility for the damage.
