Happiness Satisfied Expectations met Warranty Honoured Excellent Store Service Reliable
Bought a kitchen sink in August 2024, the sink recently started chapping. I made contact with the company cause the sink is still within warranty. I was told that based on the location of chip does not fall under warranty which I find unfair. I would advise people to think twice and not to trust this brand they are not honest to their customers. I have the proof of full purchase, but they want to give me discount on a replacement. Why are they not giving me a full refund for their product. For the fact that they are giving me a discount it means they are accepting responsibility for the damage.

I would like to thank King Prince Insurance for the wonderful service I have received when making a claim for my Windscreen replacement. Pity I can't remember the gentleman that assisted me, I didn't have to answer too many questions, I received feedback from the service provider the same day of registering my claim, access fee was required if which which immediately paid, believe me my windscreen was replaced within 48hrs. They were quick to attend to my claim. Thank you King Price
Good people as much as it is easy to subscribe to Rain, trust me getting out of the contract is a mission. . Their escalation department is useless and unproductive, sent an email in March 2022 for my services to be canceled as I was no longer receiving network coverage in my area. My Emil was acknowledged with a reference number, I have 7 including today, different reference number that I have received when making a follow up with regards to my cancelation. . 3 different people called to confirm where they should collect the router, an address was provided to them that was in April 2022, since then nothing happened. Guess what I am being billed since April up to date for the services I had asked to be canceled. I have asked for my refund, still have not received communication. Think twice before you subscribe, their department is so disorganized, imagine canceling subscription in March 2022, 6 months later nothing has been done? What is customer service to them? Clearly they don't care about their customers cause if they did my matter would have been attended to a decade ago. Where are the managers of the department? The supervisors? I will never ever, even if their monthly subscription can 2 Rand. Their service sucks
I was involved in an accident on the 02nd April 2022. Made contact with the call centre, i was speedily assisted with registering my claim. On the 05th of April i received a call from one of their agents to go through all the details to finalize the claim everything went very smooth. A day later when I checked on my King Price App i discovered that my claim has been approved. Fast forward to that on the 08th I received a call from their Accident Assessor to notify me that my car has been assessed and can be repaired, they have appointed 959 Panel Beaters to repair my vehicle. In a nutshell it took less than a week for King Price to register my claim, approve the claim, appoint the service provider to carry out all the necessary work. Thank you King Price Insurance for the wonderful service.
I visited Telkom shop at Mall @Carnival. the level of service is unacceptable. I understand that there are covid restrictions in terms of the number of people that should be in the store, but still it does not justify the way they treat customers. The consultants look unhappy and frustrated, it's a pity they had to take it out on us they don't look rushed to offer each client speedy service, they are unfriendly. I went there just to do a sim swap...but it took me the whole night if not the whole year to receive attention. I don't think I will ever go back there again.
Multichouce customer service sucks. Called them on Friday to find when will our decoder be delivered. Guess what? I was told our details do not appear on the system, was asked to provide them with my ID number in order for them to log a call with the courier company, what is strange is the agreement for the decoder was finalized on Tuesday. I was under the impression that all the details have been captured and forwarded to the relevant department. We've been waiting for our decoder to be delivered since last Tuesday. The biggest mistake we made was to do an upgrade, Lolwethu is the consultant that assisted us, all they care about is for you to commit, no follow up phone call to confirm if the decoder has been delivered, not to mention a link to track your order. I've been calling Focul Point Technologies, to see if they can provide us with the name of the courier company that's been assigned to deliver the decoder, guess what te the lady who took my call from the reception was clueless, was not sure which courier company it was, the next thing she told me the courier guys did not come for any collections that was on Friday.
