Bad service

I would like that say im not impressed with frankies in witpoortjie at the pick and pay center we went to go and buy food there as my wife asked for a servette the lady there just said we don't have as my wife never heard ane I did my wife said to the lady sorry pls say again I did not hear the lady then rolled her eyes and walk away I will never support the shop again
