My experience with them kinda sucked but this was not their fault, as such - my items got stuck at South African Customs. I bought 3 item, eventually getting one of the three. After a 6 month wait, Freak Flag gave me a refund - they suggested it, after apologizing profusely for the situation and the poor service. After being stuck at customs for close to 9 months, the second of the 3 items finally made it to a post office (NOT my local, nearest post office, btw) for my collection. I'm trying to contact them currently so that I can return the refund and hoping that SA Customs has not caused this business to close down!
