********** quality, huge markup, bad service

absolutely ********** quality and strange customer service. the price does not show itself one bit in the quality and as a matter of fact I work in merchandise and know these brands that they use and they are the absolute cheapest you can get. when I unpackaged my order I found that my t shirt came from vic bay which although 100% cotton has a very scratchy feel as their sewing pattern is bad and thats why its a cheap blank. the "print" of the t shirt was a thick, shiny sticky film that one could easily make at home. I havent worm that t shirt once despite being a huge fan of the band because im too embarrassed to wear it. the cap i received came from headwear64 which I work with as well and the blank they used was the cheapest you can get on the website. the cap appeared embroided on the website but once received was low quality, cheaply printed with one layer of ink (for bright yellow you should do multiple layers to bring the colour out). their markup on that cap must have been over 150% because that blank costs 65 rand and I paid r260 for it with a low quality print. I ordered a "patch" which when received looked more like a sticker. it was a flat iron on film. again, on the website- it was pictured as if it were an embroidery. I was missing one item and when I emailed them about it they said that item was still on its way in a separate delivery despite me telling them through email that I want all items delivered at once because its difficult for me to be able to receive multiple parcels over the week. And that item was a pair of socks which looked nothing like the picture (print was quite literally something entirely different) and the material must've been a polyester and elastane mix, it feels entirely synthetic and unbreathable. SH*T QUALITY. MOST LIKELY BEING PRINTED ON DEMAND IN SOMEBODYS BA*****T. MOST LIKELY ALL UNLICENSED. There are other places to get band merch in south africa. i recommend secondhand seller sites such as yaga, facebook marketplace. do not!!! use these people.
