Unhappy with product and lack of service from store.

Im coming to the hirsch's store since July 2023 from purchasing an Elba gas stove. Every time we come here the sales assistance gives us a different story every weekend. Technicans come out to see the stove and they say that it's the problem and come to the store reporting that its fine. We requested that the store exchange or refund our gas stove after two set of technicians coming out. I am frustrated with the service I'm getting as everytime that I come here they sugar coat their words and send us away with no solution but many excuses.
