I am extremely disappointed in FOM's products, their customer service and company as a whole. Firstly, I ordered the Platform 1 sneaker online 3 weeks ago. When the shoes arrived, the leather had already started to peel at the label. I then decided to return the shoes as they were substandard, and ordered a new pair as sizes were limited. I have still not received my refund of R1995 and it's been 3 weeks. Even after sending my bank statements as proof that I have not been refunded, they still will not refund the money. They have tried to tell me that my bank is withholding the funds, which is absolute nonsense. I am not sure I will ever get this money back. After reading other reviews, it seems like this is a common issue - not sure if something funny is happening internally
