Very suspicious
This site is surely a ****. Pictures of the support team are of models (do a Google image search) and their supposed social media link to nothingness. Fragrance is being sold at less than half the price of authorised resellers, when parallel imports are sometimes more expensive. After scrolling though and finding a few things suspicious, I did not order. When it's too good to be true, it generally isn't true.

FREGNANCE X = FAKE PERFUMES Pretending to be another perfume website!!!
Please watch our for a website which is spelt similarly to another perfume website. I bought perfume online from Fregnancex.co.za *NOTE THE SPELLING - Fregnancex???? (yes i'm an idiot, i bought it hastily and didn't check the name properly) There is nothing professional about the service, the phone line does not work, you have to email an anonymous being a few times before receiving a reply which starts off with: Hie ..... (not Hi) and ends without a name and then still types in ''Fragrance X'' at the bottom of the email *NOTE THE SPELLING NOW.... However once I realised it was a scam, I emailed to cancel the order immediately, but alas, the fake perfume 'was already in transit' SJOE that was quick!!! So I asked for my tracking number which they didn't have, because there wasnt one yet... So five days later I got a tracking number. Then the fake perfume arrived two days after that. I emailed them to say that the perfume is fake and that I would like my money back as I already tried three times to cancel the order before they dispatched it. They then had the cheek to send through their disclaimer form and refund policy which basically means no refunds. Watch out for them please everyone!!! frEgNancex.co.za is so easy to mis-read.
