Great service Freight Innovations
Awesome service from Frieght innovations. Lost a bag at OR Thambo Airport on Monday 23rd April - When we eventually traced the missing suitcase at the airport on Tuesday 24th. Freight Innovations went into action. I received my suitcase at 12:00 on Wednesday 25th. I highly recommend them for your freight needs.

Great service Freight Innovations
Awesome service from Frieght innovations. Lost a bag at OR Thambo Airport on Monday 23rd April - When we eventually traced the missing suitcase at the airport on Tuesday 24th. Freight Innovations went into action. I received my suitcase at 12:00 on Wednesday 25th. I highly recommend them for your freight needs.

Freight-Innovations more like 'Flailing-Information'👎
I asked for a quote telephonically and was then asked to send an email to formalise the quote. The lady on the phone gave me the incorrect email. I phone a day later to follow up and she realises her mistake and immediately rectified it. We proceed with the formalising of the quote and they are so anal I have to measure and weigh the boxes and we are not talking about a few boxes but 19 to be exact. After all of that I get an 'I spoke to my Operations Manager and we don't do this type of transporting of goods this time of the year' keep in mind this is last minute and I need to be out of my flat by Saturday. The worst flippen service ever received but we move quite literally and figuratively. I would never recommend or use this company ever again. They suck in every possible way. The worst service. 😫
