French Auto Workshop - The last of a dying breed in honest business people

Recently I had my Peugeot 208 in for service at Peugeot Fourways, I was surprised when they mentioned to me I need my brakes checked and brake pads replaced for a few thousand rands, I decided to use a third party to check it and give me a second opinion, so I used French Auto Workshop, and I was firstly shocked to find out that there were no repairs needed, and that Peugeot was basically trying to rip me off, I was however very pleasantly surprised by the honesty of Avi the owner of the company, who did a full check on my car and saved me thousands of rands by stopping me from replacing anything on my car, since all was fine, He could easily have charged me even half of what Peugeot did, and not being any wiser I'd have paid it, What's guaranteed is that I will use these guys in the future, this is a great example of how to build trusted business relationships and win customers for the long term!
