This morning I brought to the attention of the Fresh Group Toilet Paper company that I feel there 2ply toilet paper was very thin and was more like a 1ply paper. A Mr Mohamed from Fresh Group on number 082 222 2022 called me asking for details which I supp**** him with and his messages are so long and where going back and forth with me saying that he cant refund me as I have used 5 of the rolls in an 18 pack and I told him I didn't want a refund just to replace it with something better. Then I got told I didn't pay R110.00 but R89.00 as he knows his pricing. He was now sending very aggressive messages to me and the last message sent I was sworn at that I was so shocked that a manufacturer supplier can swear at a client the way he did. I Im stock. I have NEVER been swearned at with such vulgar language. I would love to post his last message on social media so that future clients are aware of the treatment they will received and language he will use. I will not leave this matter and I will find out what the companies register name is under,
