Poor quality

Good day, I bought a pair of Buccaneers school shoes on the 14th of January 2023 and paid R450 for it. The shoes at this point is coming loos from where it's supposed to be glued towards the stitching. Keep in mind the shoes get worn from Monday to Friday between 8 and 2. No sports get played with shoes etc and also it was a 3 week holiday. I took the shoes back and this is what they said the shoes can't be credited as it's ware and tare, how?when?.The reason why I take it this far is that about 2 years ago I bought a Puma T-shirt for my husband 2months along the line the stitching came loose on the shoulder. They don't even bother to say mam we going to send it for repairs nothing. The only reason I went there is because of quality purposes, but if for a second time I experience issues with their quality than I'll rather go to Pep or Ackermans at least I'll know if for 6 months along the line happens cheap prices for cheap quality, but for the previous shoes I bought at Ackermans they out grown the shoes it didn't come loose less than 6months along the line.
