Easy Shopping Online
I ordered a jacket from Friedman & Cohen and had a great experience. My order was placed on Sunday, packed and shipped on Monday and at my door on Tuesday. Delivery was free and the price of the item was less than buying it off the actual brand store. The only recommendation I have is to provide more images of the clothes on the website as it helps with making a purchase decision.

I ordered a jacket from Friedman & Cohen and had a great experience. My order was placed on Sunday, packed and shipped on Monday and at my door on Tuesday. Don't Buy From Places You Don't Know...
Placed an order, received a call to confirm my purchase, then got an email with my tracking number so thought everything was good. Went to track my order to find that it had been cancelled. I had to call in only to find out The North Face jacket "was so badly damaged" and the couldn't find a replacement so I'll just get my money back. Not a great buying experience and therefore I wouldn't recommend them.

no customer support
I send an email with a complaint t their email address on their website, no response. I then filled in the contact us form on their website. Also no response. Yet another bunch of people only interested in sales but no backup?

FRIEDMAN & COHEN Strand main road
Strand store once refused me entry into the fitting room for refusing to leave my laptop bag with cashiers.Loren the manager was very mean. Today I went back to make another purchase and the treatment is different to people of light color into the fitting rooms passage.

The worst ever
My experience with Friedman & Cohen was an absolute nightmare. Their service was riddled with inexplicable delays, incomprehensible incompetence, and a shocking lack of professionalism. From start to finish, it felt like I was trapped in a Kafkaesque nightmare, with every interaction leaving me more frustrated and disillusioned. Their staff were not only unhelpful but downright rude, treating me with a contempt that I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. If you have any regard for your time, money, and sanity, steer clear of Friedman & Cohen.

Poor quality
Good day, I bought a pair of Buccaneers school shoes on the 14th of January 2023 and paid R450 for it. The shoes at this point is coming loos from where it's supposed to be glued towards the stitching. Keep in mind the shoes get worn from Monday to Friday between 8 and 2. No sports get played with shoes etc and also it was a 3 week holiday. I took the shoes back and this is what they said the shoes can't be credited as it's ware and tare, how?when?.The reason why I take it this far is that about 2 years ago I bought a Puma T-shirt for my husband 2months along the line the stitching came loose on the shoulder. They don't even bother to say mam we going to send it for repairs nothing. The only reason I went there is because of quality purposes, but if for a second time I experience issues with their quality than I'll rather go to Pep or Ackermans at least I'll know if for 6 months along the line happens cheap prices for cheap quality, but for the previous shoes I bought at Ackermans they out grown the shoes it didn't come loose less than 6months along the line.

Bought a tracksuit pants full of sweet papers
Hi<br> <br> I went to Friedman and Cohen bought a tracksuit pants for a friend and gave it as a present how embarrassing when he opened the present he went to put the pants on to see if it fitted and when he put his hands in the Track suit pants he pulled a lot of Spur sweet papers out I was embarrassed and horrified. Has then tracksuit been worn and then returned back to the shop and the staff on to damn lazy to check the pants and I obviously did not also check.<br> <br> It is not like I bought the tracksuit pants at a second hand shop this is a store and it sells brand names and is a reputable name. This is just so disgusting, but my friend kept the track suit pants says he will have it dry cleaned before he wears it. He should not have to do that as this is brand new track pants.<br> <br> What is Friedman and Cohen selling and do they not check stock that is returned.<br> <br> Sonia
