Second review in less than two months,customer service is bad can't get through their line,I tried everything till this day no response I just want a settlement and cancel all my contracts that's all
Poor customer service on their line 0860 60 50 40 option 4 you wait forever though we paying for their services,when my contract ends I'm definitely not renewing
Strand store once refused me entry into the fitting room for refusing to leave my laptop bag with cashiers.Loren the manager was very mean. Today I went back to make another purchase and the treatment is different to people of light color into the fitting rooms passage.
No network connection for days now and it's second time I experience network problems No word from the service provider Tried making contact several times,can't go through,poor customer care
Their network sucks ,and customer care even worse.I have been with them for a while now. Didn't have internet for the month of December until this day, but they still invoice me anyway.
I'm their existing client already, poor client service Paid on the 01/04/22 For new installation on one of my properties 17 days later no phone call nor message I'm left in the dark,Canceling the contract is the only option in my now. I have requested call center contacts several times nada Disappointed 😡
I have been with miway insurance for more than 5 years but that does not matter to them anymore service received recently very bad. Had a breakdown +20 km away from home yesterday,my car is yet to be towed but premium fully paid.
They quick to deduct their monthly fees,but give poor service to clients
