Hi All. Bunch of worst crooks around. I have been a loyal customer of Zando for many years until recently. I purchased shoes there and then returned them dealt with a Ebrahim who said the refund will be processed then he sends me a e mail saying there is a discrepancy as it was instant cash which is so weird because I logged the return on my cell phone. I call and leave messages I e mail Ebrahim and they do not return your call or e mails. Now they asking for proof of purchase the idiots which I do not have that is why we have the App on our phone to log the return once it has been delivered. They do not even call you to advise you that you have a refund and they do not show you it on your profile either so I tend to think they keep it. Get your act together.I never have this problem with Superbalist they are honest people maybe take a leaf out of their book and learn something from them. Sonia
<p>About a month ago I was on the Clicks Website and saw Panasonic hair and body trimmer for 639.00 but in the brochure of clicks it was advertised for R799.00. I then went to Clicks in Strand and spoke to Charlene about this she advised me that the Panasonic did not come in as yet I then called Head Office and spoke to Nazeem Reed about this and about the price he said he would call his supplier he then came back to me and said that he would give me that price of R639.00 and that the suppliers will be delivering this product no later than the 10th of December 2016. About a week and a half prior to the 10th of December 2016 to this I called him again to confirm the order he said it will be at the store. On the 15th I heard nothing so I popped into the Clicks at Strand and asked for Charlene she avoided me like the plaque telling staff to take a message or I need to wait for her so I left her a message to call me that was a Thursday and she never called me so I called the following day the 16th and this other lady asked me if I was Sonia and that head office would call me back as Charlene had no interest in calling me. I got a call back Monday the 20th of December 2016 from Nazeem to inform me that specific shaver was not coming in and that he could not help me which I find unacceptable as I had to go to the mall yesterday evening and get the Wahl hair shaver for 919.00 and I saw that the Panasonic range was in for R999.00 but the the one I wanted was not in are they not from the same suppliers. I think it is just fair that the price be adjusted as I had budgeted on that amount because Nazeem Reed on 3 occasions confirmed with me that I would get the stock. When Nazeem Reed called me he advised me that there is nothing he could do and that it is not his problem not in those words but cut me off short and said sorry I cannot help you. The staff at the Clicks Strand branch are just as rude and pass the buck instead of returning my calls. I have called there on various occasion and they do not return my call and Nazeem as well when I have called Head Office. The reason I am so angry is that I was guaranteed the stock and to only let me know it was not coming in on the 20th and the only reason they called was I had an argument with one of the managers at Clicks and I needed an answer as it was the 16th already and no stock received.<br />Then I had to pay more for another brand when I was guaranteed that price and the stock. As I have mentioned there was stock of Panasonic at the Clicks Somerset Mall but no stock of the single Panasonic hair and body shaver and I thought it came from the same supplier. The other range has a trimmer in it which the one I wanted did not have the nose trimmer. This is unacceptable and the service I have received is disgusting he really did not want to help me and to leave it to the last minute because I demanded an answer is unacceptable. I expect regional manager to contact me to discuss an alternative Clicks is a competitive brand as well but provide no client service in my opinion since I am the one calling and having to argue to get answers and yet I do not receive any calls back. What I expect is since Clicks gave me wrong information misled me to the 20th of December they need to meet the price of R639.00 that was quoted to me or issue me with the other Panasonic brand and take out the nose trimmer and I will give back the Wahl range or give me the Wahl rage that I bought for R919.00 for R639.00 and then go to your suppliers and ask to pay the difference as it was a mistake from their side. How do you advertise stock you do not have guarantee you will get is that not False advertising as well from Nazeem making all those promises to only letme know on the last minute.This is uncalled for and I want this sorted out please</p>
I have been calling there a few times as I never received my voucher but as to date have not received it placed a order with them and now I see I am being billed for the full amount, I thought the voucher was automatically discounted.<br>
Dear All<br> <br> Once a week I will post about Woolworths the service that I received recently was terrible especially from Head Office. Try to avoid these people they are not there to look after you. I have had 6 incidents with Woolworths the service has become terrible. Recently my Fiance chipped his front tooth and they paid out for a crown to be pit in bear in mind Woolworths did not pay but their supplier as they confirmed that the bone found in the sausage was the suppliers fault after I gave them the evidence. They never once phoned to apologize they avoided me and took at least 2 days to come back to you and then you get a gentleman called Wayne Leverton who has no time to call you all he knows is to delegate.Then the Director Dezi Gilbert was copied in all e mails never replied or wanted to find out what was going on. I did ask for them to at least phone my Fiance and apologize for the inconvenience caused and to at least offer a voucher as the crown will take a few fittings to be put in and he has no time for that. He has lost his original TOOTH due to Woolworths and the supplier. Should you have any queries be prepared to be ignored and even treated like you are the culprit
This is no lie. In all my years that I have shopped at Woolworths I have never been so disappointed lately. I am initially from Sea-Point and never have I complained or had returned anything back to Woolworths like I have been doing. Buyers look at the dates on the packets you buy as I had food poisoning recently then Woolworths sells stock that has either not been checked and put on shelves like biscuits and garlic rolls that should contain 4 but had 3 rolls. I returned it back to them sealed and all. Then there was a bone in the Woolworths patties that I bought and now lately on Saturday another bone in the sausage than chipped my Fiance upper & lower tooth. This bone was the biggest I have seen and hard. This is ridiculous the reason is I shop at Woolworths there food is good well most of it. I shop alot at PNP as well and have not made a single complaint to them about their food or expired stock or foreign objects, it seems 2 me that PNP is becoming far better and they also go the extra mile for you. I took the the piece of sausage back to Woolworths Gordons Bay with the foreign object that broke my fiance tooth and took time from family to do return & nothing from their side
Hi<br> <br> Very disappointed and cheesed off at Woolworths. I shop regularly at Woolworths because I beleived that Woolworths have really quality meat and vegetables. I had decided the weekend to go to Woolworths Cornerstone to do some shopping as I love that store such a variety there and took a packet of beef and chicken kebabs as they had a discount on it. I had decided to to make Sunday the beef kebabs in the oven as it was raining and we could not braai. I open the marinated kebabs and the sauce was a little off but I thought that maybe my taste buds was off so I made them ate them with my boyfriend later in the afternoon I started to get bad cramps and wanted to throw up my boyfriend also had the same thing we went to the pharmacy and described our systems to him he then advised us it seemed like we had some food poisoning we bought medication came home and went to sleep woke up late in the evening feeling really sick so I went to the fridge to check the date on the chicken kebabs as I did not make that and the date is off by quite a bit it is September 2015 the 28th how bloody disgusting. This is the second time that I am having a problem with Woolworths. I am disappointed
Hi<br> <br> I went to Friedman and Cohen bought a tracksuit pants for a friend and gave it as a present how embarrassing when he opened the present he went to put the pants on to see if it fitted and when he put his hands in the Track suit pants he pulled a lot of Spur sweet papers out I was embarrassed and horrified. Has then tracksuit been worn and then returned back to the shop and the staff on to damn lazy to check the pants and I obviously did not also check.<br> <br> It is not like I bought the tracksuit pants at a second hand shop this is a store and it sells brand names and is a reputable name. This is just so disgusting, but my friend kept the track suit pants says he will have it dry cleaned before he wears it. He should not have to do that as this is brand new track pants.<br> <br> What is Friedman and Cohen selling and do they not check stock that is returned.<br> <br> Sonia
Hi<br> <br> I found a foreign object in the burgers I bought at Woolworths I reported it and took it back then a lady called me from their head office to ask what happened and that the burgers were on route to her and that they had to do some investigation. She advised me that she would call me within a week but nothing happened and no call.<br> I would like to know that in the past when there has been in any complication with stock bought at Woolworths they take care of you and either give you a voucher to a certain amount. What has happened to many complaints at Woolworths happening for Woolworths to take care of you. I buy all the time at Woolworths and yet it seems they want to loose a client. I must say this is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF THEM. A foreign object in their patty that could have broken your tooth.
Hi<br> <br> Bought hamburgers from Woolworths and Friday made three to my surprise there was a foreign object in them and it felt like a enamel piece was not mine that I guarantee. Woolworths is suppose to take pride in the goods they sell and that is why it costs a lot to buy there. Woolworths need to get their service up and running and take pride in what they do.
Mtn can no one help me there. On Thursday I cancelled the contract and wanted to keep the number. I was told that I will not pay for the month of May and that my contract has ended. I decided to double check the information and phoned Thursday night the consultant who helped me could not give me any answers at all. I want to know some information and yet no one can assist I also asked the consultant to get the Supervisor to call me and she did not such thing which makes the situation so annoying. I have paid religiously on ti,e all the time and yet I can get no answers. I will not be getting any airtime for the month of May 2015 but I am sure MTN still want to squeeze me dry so could someone at MTN please contact me with regard to this situation as I will cancelling the Debit Order at the bank.<br> <br>
