Hi. Appalling service and busy moving to another provider!
Opened a ticket 4 weeks ago and since then are not able to send any outgoing emails on a professional domain. Can't contact them as there is no contact number available, every day you log a reply and the next they respond and so it continues. Multiple persons pick up the next reply without going through the effort of understanding the ticket trail and thus repeating. So far 72 replies and still not resolved. They blame everyone else in the value chain. Yet the email is not working on multiple PCs (x3) and on multiple internet connections (x2), yet blaming ISP, Microsoft, PC's, etc.
Had multiple IT technicians personally out to investigate as well to give their opinions. Also, their mailhostbox is blacklisted by 3 sites, yet nothing gets done on this. After 4 weeks i eventually get their person to look at it and then she makes all kind of changes to PC and then just leave without changing anything back (anti-virus, firewalls, other settings, etc).
Think twice before using them. All good when working, but no service thereafter.
Another ticket is still outstanding for 6+ months as well for which i am paying monthly and not using at all.
