The delinquents at this company will delete YOUR PAID FOR domain without notice, causing MASSIVE irrevocable damages to my reputation, income and business because of them. Legal action will now be taken

I received the best service from Frikkadel. I retired a few years ago and I don't know all that much about technology. I need a little extra income and reached out to Frikkadel for my domain registration and hosting. They have some great drag and drop website builders and they assisted me with so much kindness and patience. My website is now up and I'm ready to make some money.

I received the best service from Frikkadel. I retired a few years ago and I don't know all that much about technology. My emails have not worked in over a month, and when I contacted them, they claim that my domain was registered by one of their resellers, and I need to deal with them! Yet, they cant give me contact details of THEIR reseller, siting the POPI law - I wish people understood the POPI act! Still no resolution!

My website was down with an error 500. Turns out this was a misconfiguration on my side. Sam immediately assisted and resolved the issue for me. This is completely above and beyond my expectations! Oh my goodness Sam you're the best, always so quick to resolve any issues! Thank you so much, really appreciate it! Regards

I've been a client of Frikkadel's since 2016 when I started my company. I wanted to build a website and get email. After I registered my domain, I didn't know what to do next. The support staff at Frikkadel helped me so much. Sam pointed me in the right direction and gave me some great advice to help me build my website. I used Sitepad, which is really easy to use. It's been 7 years today! I feel like I've made quite a success of my business and I don't think I would have been able to do this without the friendly help and support I received from Frikkadel's support staff. I've been a client of Frikkadel's since 2016 when I started my company. I wanted to build a website and get email. After I registered my domain, I didn't know what to do next. The support staff at Frikkadel helped me so much. Sam pointed me in the right direction and gave me some great advice to help me build my website. I used Sitepad, which is really easy to use. Frikkadel.co.za always drops your url without informing you.It does not warn you and therefore I want to change.It has no phone number.

Hi. Appalling service and busy moving to another provider! Opened a ticket 4 weeks ago and since then are not able to send any outgoing emails on a professional domain. Can't contact them as there is no contact number available, every day you log a reply and the next they respond and so it continues. Multiple persons pick up the next reply without going through the effort of understanding the ticket trail and thus repeating. So far 72 replies and still not resolved. They blame everyone else in the value chain. Yet the email is not working on multiple PCs (x3) and on multiple internet connections (x2), yet blaming ISP, Microsoft, PC's, etc. Had multiple IT technicians personally out to investigate as well to give their opinions. Also, their mailhostbox is blacklisted by 3 sites, yet nothing gets done on this. After 4 weeks i eventually get their person to look at it and then she makes all kind of changes to PC and then just leave without changing anything back (anti-virus, firewalls, other settings, etc). Think twice before using them. All good when working, but no service thereafter. Another ticket is still outstanding for 6+ months as well for which i am paying monthly and not using at all. Regards
