Highly Recommend
I did a lot of research before choosing The TEFL Academy, as my priority was receiving instruction of a high standard. I've recently completed their 168 hour online course and I'm very happy with my experience. The course is well structured, with lessons increasing in difficulty at a steady pace that isn't overwhelming. The assignments are particularly challenging and require a high level of understanding and competence in the learned material. This makes me confident that my qualification from TTA carries real weight and credibility. The whole experience from enrolment to receiving my certificate was seamless, and the communication was great. I highly recommend this institution!

Helpful service
I had some problems with paperwork and the communication was not great at first. But once Memory Oosthuizen got involved I received fantastic service and she helped sort everything out for me!

Don't do what they say
They say they'll email me the documents I need for the bank but then they don't.

I love dealing with this company. They respond to emails quickly and are professional and very helpful, no matter how big or small the query. I always get the best service from Sam!

Terrible service
I'm another one waiting in vain for documents to be verified and getting no response on email and empty promises when phoning the call centre. I don't know whether its just incompetence or they're running some kind of a scam here? I really wish I'd read the hellopeter reviews before signing up with them, it would have saved a lot of time and tears.

KFC stole my money
KFC cancelled my online order after I had paid in full because they had no drivers They sent me an email to say I would be refunded, this was on 28 March and still NO REFUND. I logged a case with their call center: CAS-968362-L9V4L3 but have received no feedback whatsoever. Basically KFC has stolen my money.
