Vodacom Service is the worst.I send money to Vodacom and they still did a Debit order of the same amount.Worst of all when you try to get access to costomer assistance they lead you to a robot that has very few options to send you a querry.I held my phone for a consultant for 4 hours and its been saying its reffering to a consultant.So one has no avenue to send a compliant or ask for assistance.These Robots they use are truly useless.
Frikkadel.co.za always drops your url without informing you.It does not warn you and therefore I want to change.It has no phone number.
I have paid two R500 toward Frikkadel and sent them my proof of payment and even after two weeks I have not received a response or for my websit to be online yet.I am so annoyed and I have to say this company is looking very dodgy.I have to come here to hello Peter to be served everytime.A call center would help a lot for atleast I would have someone to talk toAbout the lack of Service.
Frikkadel takes your website offline with out prior warning or knowledge.they also sont have a phone number or an address.They only way they respond is if you send a complaint to them.we dont know who owns it and the company quite frankly has no face.I want to get my domain and go elsewhere.
This company is dodgy.They don’t have a number or an address.They are quick to suspend your website and your url,stopping you from doing any business.You can only complain on email and this shows that they are always ready to leave with our url’s including our business.
I applied for module credit in January.A man by the name of Freedom Mboweni is who I was sent to and promised be that this would be resolved in a month.Its August and still have gotten no help.You call him He does not answer if you call with a number he does not know he answers whether office or personal phones,no responses via email either.In other word this is deliberately not assisting.For any employed out there please do not hire anyone from who worked at UNISA.They are useless employees.That university has a culture of disregard.
Nedbank credit card division contactse asking for me to join them.They then refuse to negotiate the interest rate they were giving me and telle to gp the branch that the branch manager is the one in charge of determining my interest rate.When I go to the branch and ask to change my Interest rate they say i should negotiate with the credit card provider.On top of their very high Interest rate and deceptive behavior when I go to the branch they telley I.D is invalid.Glad I did not take their offer.Nedbank atleast listens to clients.
