How does Dometic Group expect anyone to trust their products when they can’t even stand behind them?
I bought a Front Runner 6-Cub Box Drawer with Cargo Sliding Top, barely a few weeks old and already falling apart. Ball bearings breaking, again and again, all within the two-year warranty they proudly advertise.
They’re willing to repair it for the umpteenth time… …but not take the defective product back and refund me.
A warranty means responsibility, not excuses. Apparently Dometic Group didn’t get that memo.
