Not a review but a proposal / request, we are in need of establishment in our area

I hope this message reaches the appropriate decision-makers.

I would like to propose the establishment of a Fruit Stop store in Centurion East. After conducting some research, I have found that there are currently no Fruit Stop locations in Centurion. The closest competitor is Food *****s Market, situated on the opposite side of Centurion West.

There is a well-positioned and ample space next to the newly opened Leroy Merlin in Centurion East that would be ideal for this purpose. I believe the market potential in this area is strong, and such a store would perform exceptionally well.

Additionally, Centurion is underserved in terms of butcheries. Existing butcheries in the surrounding areas tend to be priced higher, limiting competition and opportunity. This presents a promising advantage for your business.

Please consider this as a formal request on behalf of the residents in the area who would greatly appreciate the convenience and quality your store would bring.
