Rotten sausages a year before expiration date

Dear fry's Family,

I have been eating the Fry's brand of vegetarian products since I was 12 years old. My family and I are vegetarians for almost 3 decades. I have always loved all your products especially the braai sausages. It's so easy to cook and delicious as well. I bought my braai sausages from the pick n pay near my home a few days ago and I don't have the cash sale slip. I always just toss the sausages in the microwave to defrost and then cook. Today when I took it out of the microwave it was all slimy and had black and white spots on it and it stinks.. Please see attached pictures I took immediately. The expiration date is only 2022..so I can't understand how it has gotten off.. I have the pack kept in my freezer if you don't believe me. I hope you can get to the bottom of this and let me know what has happened. I just don't want someone else to have the same experience as me.. Because that would be a shame as Fry's is awesome. I have emailed them but had no response yet.
