Bad tactics. Harrasment and threats.
Harrasment.. Calling work place trying to embarrass me.. Demanding supervisor as if my supervisor can force me to make payment. Calling my cellphone but it only rings for few second. Dont know why they do that. I would rather make payment directly to store than pay these bullies.

POOR SERVICE
I am submitting this formal complaint regarding the unacceptable level of service I have received in attempting to settle my account. I committed to settling my account in good faith, yet I was issued two different settlement offers. Despite this inconsistency, I proceeded to make payment based on the first settlement offer, which was higher than the second amount later provided. To date, I have received no clear communication confirming the status of my account, nor any explanation for the conflicting settlement figures. Finance has been “handling” the matter, and consultants have repeatedly committed to keeping me updated. However, I have been left completely uninformed, with no progress or clarity. This level of administration is not only unprofessional but has caused significant inconvenience. Given the circumstances, I urgently request the following: A refund of the surplus amount I paid OR A full refund of the amount paid so that I may settle the account at the correct, lower settlement amount. This matter requires urgent attention, as the ongoing delays and lack of communication are unacceptable. Please provide written confirmation of the way forward without further delay.

Hello Peter, I have a complaint regarding one of the consultants at FTI attorneys by the Pimzille her communication is very poor and she keeps on insists that I make an arrangement for a debit order of which I am not agreeing to .... I told her that I want to account numbers so that I make monthly installments but her attitude is sick and bad. She now threatens to call my employer... For what? My contact details are 081 560 1551. Sabelo Radebe from FTI ATTORNEYS constantly harassing me and gave out my full ID Number to unknown individuals whom i have no connection with, now what happened to Confidentiality and POPI ACT...how dare you share my person information to none relevant personnels and have the audacity to insult me over the phone. You are rude and arrogant you don't deserve to work with people.
