I am submitting this formal complaint regarding the unacceptable level of service I have received in attempting to settle my account. I committed to settling my account in good faith, yet I was issued two different settlement offers. Despite this inconsistency, I proceeded to make payment based on the first settlement offer, which was higher than the second amount later provided. To date, I have received no clear communication confirming the status of my account, nor any explanation for the conflicting settlement figures. Finance has been “handling” the matter, and consultants have repeatedly committed to keeping me updated. However, I have been left completely uninformed, with no progress or clarity. This level of administration is not only unprofessional but has caused significant inconvenience. Given the circumstances, I urgently request the following: A refund of the surplus amount I paid OR A full refund of the amount paid so that I may settle the account at the correct, lower settlement amount. This matter requires urgent attention, as the ongoing delays and lack of communication are unacceptable. Please provide written confirmation of the way forward without further delay.
Spoke to a consultant at mall of the south a month ago regarding an Abu Dhabi holiday. Was told I’d get an email with all the details, to date received nothing. I will never use nor recommend Lara travel.

Great great great customer service, Mall of the south Branch, Lunga, Bongani and Goodness definitely go the extra mile to make sure their stores customers have the best shopping experience in their store. They know their products as well as make sure that the product you choose best fits your needs and expectations. Big ups to them!! a big 10/10 for @home mall of the south.
Bad bad bad service, can not get through to ANY mr price contact number as stipulated on their websites. I ordered clothes a week ago and now the order is delayed when it was supposed to be delivered by the courier yesterday. I am going on holiday tomorrow and i want my order delivered today or else my refund today so that i can shop somewhere else. Dear Vodacom, Yet another sad experience, i have tried ample times to get a hold of ANY customer service agent but every single number "does not exist" even the numbers provided to me by VODACOM STAFF are incorrect!!!! I have settled my vodacom account over 2 months ago and yet my status is stil on "legal" i am trying to apply for a cellphone and cant as you have not updated my profile to settled!!!!
