Backyard job poor printing and shocking unprofessional attitude from Owner of Fuji Express
Absolutely shocking, no customer service, professionalism or accountability towards not following a design sent. Last weekend I took a shirt I had paid for as well as a illustration and the original high resolution photo I wanted printed on the shirt as well as the font. I shared the email and as they have in the past, expected a marked up version before they print I followed up a few times and eventually got a message back to say i can collect, no mark up shared. I arrive and the shirt is printed, nothing that I asked for, poor quality and low resolution on the printing itself The font is changed, completely different and the image colour is changed and very poorly cropped as though it was done in paint and not by a professional. I start pointing this out, the lady at the counter takes me to a man that is sitting at a computer screen (Andre, the Owner) and I ask why it is different and why I was not asked about the font change and why the picture is of such poor quality when I shared a high res image. He refuses to take accountability and spoke to me condescendingly and refused a refund. If you want printing that looks like it was done out of someone's home garage from someone who uses paint to crop and edit, feel free to go here, if not, rather go to professionals that know what they are doing!

Poor service and attitude at this store
Despite eseding an email query for printing prices, no reply. I called the store a week later, and a very rude lady called Susan told me they are too busy to reply to emails. Neverthelss, I asked for pricing on printing, and she refused to answer me, telling me I am rude. I asked to speak to the owner Andre as I know him, but was told he isnt there. Susan then proceed to tell me off again and slam the phone down in my ear. I'm a professional photographer in the area, directing people to printers in the area, and need quick printing done on occasion. I have NEVER been treated like this by a photo shop. I am shocked to be honest, that they'd treat anyone like this. Disgusted.

Exceptional customer service.
The staff at all Fuji Express outlets are always incredibly efficient, they are warm and welcoming and because they're exposed to a variety of scenarios for which documentation is required, they go out of their way to suggest what may be necessary. At 9am on a Monday morning, they had a queue of 6 people and were beaming with smiles and ready ready to go.

TERRRIBLE SERVICE AND OFFERINGS THEY CANNOT MEET
I took my film in over 3 weeks ago and I’m still waiting for it. I was told it would take a week to, at most, two weeks. This waiting time is absolutely ridiculous and highly unprofessional. Not only has the delay caused significant inconvenience, but the lack of communication from your side is also unacceptable. I had to reach out multiple times to get any updates, which should not be the case for a service that promises timely delivery. This experience has been extremely disappointing and has shaken my confidence in your service quality.

Worst Printing compa y experience ever.
Terrible service. Waiting a whole month for a simple order of prints. They never check their emails. Lie to customers about timeframes of completion. Horrible business attitude
