Billing Practices by Fungi Utilities
Fungi Utilities is a *****ulent company ****ming residents out of their money. My daughter is renting an apartment in one of the M&T townhouses, and even on weekends when she is not home, Fungi continues deducting money. This shows that their system is not measuring actual usage but is designed to deceive unsuspecting tenants into believing it is functional.
They charge for a full month regardless of whether you are home or not. From my observation, it seems they calculate their budget by charging each tenant around R20 per day. Everything is billed separately hot water is charged, network is charged leaving residents with inflated and unjustified costs.
This practice is exploitative and unfair, and I believe Fungi Utilities should be investigated for ****ming tenants through these *****ulent deductions.
