RUDE , UNPROFEESIONAL , CIRCUS.
Just received a FINAL DEMAND FOR PAYMENT with aggressive wording threatening that utilities will be disconnected if payment is not received within 48 hours. all payment are up to date for my company, upon enquiry the threatening email was sent for an account due 30/05 FUTURE Account that has not reached its settlement date yet, RUDE , UNPROFEESIONAL , CIRCUS.

I wish to bring to your attention that all outstanding accounts have been settled in full, and the account referenced in your disconnection notice is not yet due — the payment deadline falls at the end of the current month.
Yesterday, six emails containing proof of payment for all respective months were submitted directly to your finance department. To date, no response has been received.
For security and privacy reasons, I am not in a position to share account details via this platform. I kindly request that your finance department review their correspondence and respond accordingly.
The disconnection notice and the allegations contained therein are factually incorrect, and I trust that upon reviewing the documentation already provided, the necessary corrections will be made and appropriate communication will be issued without further delay.
I look forward to your prompt resolution of this matter.
