Bad service Furnicraft Brackenfell

On the 12th January in was at the Furnicraft in Brackenfell. I ordered and paid cash for a baby cot. The salesman told me it would take 15 days till it would be ready.

It's now the 12th February and still no cot. I call almost every day and they keep saying they will get back to me but they never do.

I am so frustrated my baby is coming soon and there is no bed for him. I am close to demanding my money back.

I will not recommend them to anyone
