Furniture connection - extremely poor
I placed an order on the 12th December and the estimated delivery date was 23rd December 2024 when order was placed. I followed up numerous times only to be told their courier was closed. I have since emailed them (again multiple times) to find out the delivery date. Only response I have had is automated emails saying an agent will contact me "asap" yet to date no-one has. I also tried the WhatsApp chat function but messages are not read nor responded to. In addition their phone number which is listed on their website goes unanswered and callers are unable to leave a message. I see from other reviews that this type of issue happens with this company regularly. I definitely do not recommend using them.

As said, there was a notice given as to when deliveries will end and continue, this is because: 1) the furniture industry does take time to manufacture from order, in December one can expect a long delay than usual; 2) Even despite that, courier companies do indeed shut down for their own holidays, items thereafter sit in the warehouse until such a time that they open OR if you rent out an entire truck.
Cathy, it's important to note that you paid through an Escrow payment gate, your money is in trust, therefore we don't have your money and we'll only get it after delivery. You do have the choice to reunf it from Tradesafe, through your Tradesafe wallet. This is likely to ease your anxiety with regard to this matter.
