No refund despite the issue being no stock
I placed an online order on 17 March 2025. I was later advised that there was no stock and offered a different fabric option for the item. Again no stock When offered a refund I accepted and sent my account details on 2nd April. I was advised that the refund would be processed by the 14th April 2025 It is now the 17th April and besides no refund the WhatsApp number seems to not be working, when calling there is no reply (the only contact number is the WhatsApp number) I have also sent an email to the support person I was dealing with and to the complaints email address and received no response at all. This is by far the worst shopping experience I have ever experienced and caution everyone to give this company a very wide berth. Customer service appears to not feature in their vocabulary

Beware: Furniture Connection is a **** – Do Not Purchase!
I highly recommend avoiding Furniture Connection at all costs. I purchased a desk from them online, and it's been nothing but a nightmare. After taking my money, they never delivered the item. They sent false messages claiming their phone lines were down and used a dubious courier service called "Collivery," which I later discovered was not well-known. They even called me, pretending a courier was on the way, but there was no delivery and no item. Despite constant promises of a delayed delivery, I'm now out nearly R3000 with no product. I had to wait for my bank to step in, which could take up to 90 days. These are **** artists who will deceive you at every turn. Do not purchase from them if you value your money and peace of mind!

Furniture connection - extremely poor
I placed an order on the 12th December and the estimated delivery date was 23rd December 2024 when order was placed. I followed up numerous times only to be told their courier was closed. I have since emailed them (again multiple times) to find out the delivery date. Only response I have had is automated emails saying an agent will contact me "asap" yet to date no-one has. I also tried the WhatsApp chat function but messages are not read nor responded to. In addition their phone number which is listed on their website goes unanswered and callers are unable to leave a message. I see from other reviews that this type of issue happens with this company regularly. I definitely do not recommend using them.

I want my refund
I ordered an item on 25/11/2024 I haven’t received my ordered until today but in the order status they wrote order completed. I requested for a refund still they are not responding. This is so frustrating They are so unprofessional. I would never advise anyone to purchase online at furniture connection never.

I want my refund
I ordered an item on 25/11/2024 I haven’t received my ordered until today but in the order status they wrote order completed. I requested for a refund still they are not responding. This is so frustrating They are so unprofessional. I would never advise anyone to purchase online at furniture connection never.

I purchased a Patio Set from this company close to 3 weeks ago. I paid in full online. They then came back to me to say that the set was out of stock. I indicated that I would like my money back and they said it would take 5 to 7 days. I still do not have my refund.
