Robyn...I seriously don't know what to tell you. You have transparent access to the whole process but instead of checking, you are more interested in somehow proving a scam.
It can't be that somehow even an established and we'll running courier service that even services TakeAlot is also a scam, of which despite us showing you that your product is booked and ready, you insist that it's on the way to Mitchell's Plain. No scammer books a courier service in the name of a scam, that's the biggest waste of time.
Further, your product isn't on the shelves except for at a single store in SA, of which they won't deliver it north of the country because it's not financially feasible for them, but we decided to buy from that store in PE and deliver it to you in GP This produced no profit but we figured it's worth it to make a client happy. But even that isn't enough. You called them, and I don't know what happened there, but now you say that nothing was bought. This process which you embarked on is an internal process of which if we pick up that something hasn't gone right, we correct it. We discovered that we were given 2 order numbers and this is likely why there was confusion.
Now that you have picked it up before us, before we recieved an Email by
MDS Collivery.net or any other party somehow we are scammers.
Further to this, you ordered on the 3rd. FC had a big pop up screen that deliveries will continue properly from the week of the 14th, because it's safer that way given that most people return to work in this week. We decided to begin working much earlier to get backlogs out the way, and then we encountered you.
Your strategy here is to bully your way into whatever result you want to achieve and you're willing to destroy our reputation in the process. We have worked for 5 years, we have made mistakes in the process BUT in this 5 years, we have managed ourselves well and our mistakes are relatively few for half a decades worth of work, the number of our reviews are proof of that.
Regards.
