I placed an online order on 17 March 2025. I was later advised that there was no stock and offered a different fabric option for the item. Again no stock When offered a refund I accepted and sent my account details on 2nd April. I was advised that the refund would be processed by the 14th April 2025 It is now the 17th April and besides no refund the WhatsApp number seems to not be working, when calling there is no reply (the only contact number is the WhatsApp number) I have also sent an email to the support person I was dealing with and to the complaints email address and received no response at all. This is by far the worst shopping experience I have ever experienced and caution everyone to give this company a very wide berth. Customer service appears to not feature in their vocabulary
I took out a new contract and got a new cell phone on Wednesday 25th October. To date the phone has not worked at all as MTn has been unsuccessful in doing a SIM swop.<br> I'm now on the third SIM card for the new phone and still no luck. It appears that the staff at the branches receive little or no support from the technical division. <br> Escalating the issue is not an option as the online help goes around in circles.
