Bad service and communication

I placed an order for a couch to be made on 30/04/2025, deposit paid.

I emailed and asked about lead times and ETA's every few days, then on 10 May I receive this email

" Good day Bianca Kindly note its 4-6 weeks to 6-8weeks like i had specified on our previous emails However the order has been put through , regards " Followed up again on week 5 - o sorry the supplier does not have any feedback as they said they did not receive the order.

I will never again make use of this company!!
