I bought couches at the Boksburg store and opted for collection instead of delivery from the Cosmo Warehouse. Upon arrival at my place in Witbank, the couch set was incorrect. I then contacted Boksburg and they weren't keen to assist, they simply said I must send an email to the service department and copy them on email. They never followed up on whether or not I managed to get assistance from Cosmo. All they cared about was the sale was completed and that's it. Any issues thereafter was clearly none of their concern. It's only after I called and Floyd referred my query to a gentleman by the name Motsepe. Oh..what a service he gave me. He assured me within minutes of talking to me that my couches will be exchanged at no extra cost to me. He sent me pictures, kept updating me every step step of the way. I got my couches delivered to my place in Witbank in just 2 days after talking to him. Even on the delivery day, it was his off day but still..he checked up on me to find out if the couches were delivered and if I'm happy with them. Now that's what we call customer service at its best. Not people chasing sales and numbers without thinking of the service the customer received. Thanks to Motsepe..I'm definitely a happy customer today.
