I was very dissatisfied at how my laybuy was handled at furniture mart mams mall.In January I laybuyed a bed and wanted something not more than R3500 I went to cancel my laybuy yesterday and the guy was so rude he says the cancellation policy states that they take 10% of total amount when cancelling a laybuy I payed R600 and they were gonna take R450 so that leaves me with 150.the guy who helped me just stood there and pretended that he did not know me as I asked why I was not told about this upon my first time. Iam so dissapointed and will never recommend anyone to buy anything from them big ****mers

We purchased an L shape couch from furniture Mart about 2-3 years back, the quality is horrible! We've had to get the cushions inners replaced because the sponge inside became pieces and just went everywhere, now the couch is tearing, when we just touch the section of the tear it tears more!! Very bad quality!!

I went to Furniture Mart between 13:40 - 14:50 whereby I mistakenly dropped an amount of R2000 whilst looking for a separate R200 to buy the pillows on sale. Upon realisation, I quickly went to my car (where I counted the money just before I entered and was walki by distance from the entrance of the shop). Not discovering they money I quickly alerted the sales lady at the door who assisted in looking. I indicated that I will ask for ccv and informed the person would be in tomorrow. I strongly suspect the money was stolen and hope it would be recovered. However I am highly suspicious. Please look into the matter - The one in Lavender Square Pretoria (Wonderboom)

What utter bull****, buy a headboard and pedestals, delivery was a day late after waiting the entire day for the delivery, so after 5pm when it gets here, I get a box with pieces of wood in that I now have to assemble myself, which I was not told, then cherry on the cake the instructions are Spanish..... So now I'm sitting with pieces of **** wood which I can do nothing with. And what I'm assuming is the glue for the wood is like a stone🤬🤬🤬 I'm letting you know you better send some one to come and fix this ASAP!!!! CONTACT ME!!!! I actually don't want to you 1star cause that's how bad you disappointed me, Quick to take money useless on everything else.

I had an amazing service from Mathias from Cosmo City Online I believe, he was able to resolve my situation very fast and was able to get me my bed, which had been on layby. He was friendly and understanding to my pain.

I bought couches at the Boksburg store and opted for collection instead of delivery from the Cosmo Warehouse. Upon arrival at my place in Witbank, the couch set was incorrect. I then contacted Boksburg and they weren't keen to assist, they simply said I must send an email to the service department and copy them on email. They never followed up on whether or not I managed to get assistance from Cosmo. All they cared about was the sale was completed and that's it. Any issues thereafter was clearly none of their concern. It's only after I called and Floyd referred my query to a gentleman by the name Motsepe. Oh..what a service he gave me. He assured me within minutes of talking to me that my couches will be exchanged at no extra cost to me. He sent me pictures, kept updating me every step step of the way. I got my couches delivered to my place in Witbank in just 2 days after talking to him. Even on the delivery day, it was his off day but still..he checked up on me to find out if the couches were delivered and if I'm happy with them. Now that's what we call customer service at its best. Not people chasing sales and numbers without thinking of the service the customer received. Thanks to Motsepe..I'm definitely a happy customer today.
