We gave in a ring to get it resized and was informed last week that the ring would be ready today. When my wife phoned today the lady answering was very nasty and told my wife she already phoned her with the info that the ring is not ready. My wife didn't receive any phone call from them and informed the lady then she told my wife that she didn't answer the phone. While my wife was explaining that she didn't receive a phone call from them the lady just ended the call and now my wife can't get through. This is very bad service from this branch. The two ladies working there were also rude when we took the ring in.
I I've been trying to cancel my Contract with Vodacom the past 2 weeks and every time the call centre person answers they try to provide me with another phone or contract. I'm not interested in another contract - I just want the current contract cancelled by the end of November 2025. I'm migrating to another provider.
My parents bought a Defy freezer in 1975. They used it till last year when it didn't work anymore and it couldn't be fixed. I bought my Defy freezer 4 years ago and it is still working perfectly today.

Went to Citton Cars Gezina on Saturday 21st June 2025. Spoke to Brian and he helped us to check for a Qashqai 1.5dci. We drove to the Menlyn branch and found a Qashqai there to test drive. Upon return to Gezina branch we discussed our interest in the Qashqai at the Menlyn branch and provided the documentation we had with us and was informed they will contact me on Monday with the finance options. Send the rest of the documents on Wednesday when I had everything with me and Brian told me he will get back to me. Saturday 28 June 2025 we were back at the branch as I have not heard anything from Citton Cars. Upon arrival I was informed they need to check my vehicle for the trade-in. Then they told me that the whole vehicle was resprayed. They will take it to another company around the corner and it would take 10 min. Almost 2 hours later after numerous calls to the driver he only return and told me he took the vehicle to We Buy Cars (I didn't agreed to this as this was not what was arranged previously) and at no time was I informed of my vehicle's whereabouts. I was informed We buy Cars would buy the car for ±R100 000.00. and they will send me the report. Yesterday 2 July I received an sms from Brian indicating they will offer me R78 000. I still didn't receive any report that was promised and now they offer me less than I still owe the bank. I bought the vehicle like that 2½ years ago. They don't care about the customers/buyers time and drive around to other places without consent. I have received much better service from another big company and also a much higher offer of R115 000 for my vehicle.

I've won a prize in the December Competition 25 Days 25 Giveaways but haven't received my prize yet. Conrad Scott emailed me and now I can't get hold of him. They don't answer the phone when I phone and also don't answer any emails.
I have recently noticed a recurring charge for fee: MU PRIMARY SMS which I never agreed to or subscribed for. This is unacceptable behavior on the part of Standard Bank. I expert any notifications in relation to my account to be covered by the monthly charge attached to the account. The charges must be reversed as they were never authorized.
