Just thought I express gratitude to the level of service, professionalism and effective communication on what is required when we were filling a visa application for our son. Nomsa who was working at the premium lounge at Centurion yesterday is definitely a star!!! We are greatful and hope the organisation sees the same.
My Wife recently opened a Gold business account with her business partner and we were clear about how one director should have an app and the other the card. The FNB Mankweng Shoping Centre did us wrong, now i have a client who has paid and cannot pay them due to the system not allowing one of us to download the app but also my business partner cannot increase amounts so he can atleast withdraw money for production costs due to the limit not being able to increase! such an inconvenience and lack of foresight by FNB for small businesses! So unrealistic! Going to move our business elsewhere!
